Lily Rose Hahn, a cherished young woman from Snow Camp, North Carolina, passed away on June 2, 2025, at the age of 18. Born on August 29, 2006, Lily’s life, though brief, was filled with love, laughter, and meaningful connections that left an indelible mark on all who knew her .
Lily was a senior at Southern Alamance High School, where she was known for her vibrant spirit and compassionate nature. Her genuine kindness and infectious enthusiasm made her a beloved friend and classmate. She had a deep love for animals, especially her cherished pets, Mollie and Gracie, who were constant companions and brought her immense joy.
Family was at the heart of Lily’s world. She is survived by her devoted mother, Amber Coleman, and her stepfather, Dustin Holt. Lily was a loving sister to Kaia and Kash Coleman, and a treasured granddaughter to Glenn and Denise Hahn. She also held dear the memories of her late uncles, Dustin and Cody Hahn, whose spirits she carried with her.
Lily’s circle of close friends—Natalie, Braylon, Drew, Aiden, Liam, Sky, Alana, and Austin—were like extended family. Together, they shared countless adventures, heartfelt conversations, and unwavering support for one another. Her friendships were characterized by loyalty, laughter, and a deep sense of connection.
A celebration of Lily’s life will be held on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at 4:00 PM at Grace Chapel, located at 2451 Eric Lane in Burlington, NC. This gathering will be an opportunity for family, friends, and community members to honor Lily’s memory, share stories, and find comfort in one another’s presence
