Fresno Police Capture Suspect Wanted in Deadly Shooting Incident

FRESNO, CA – Authorities have confirmed the arrest of a man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting that rocked a Fresno neighborhood earlier this week. The suspect, whose name has not yet been officially released pending formal charges, was taken into custody following an intense manhunt that lasted several days and involved multiple law enforcement agencies.

The deadly shooting occurred late Sunday evening in the 500 block of East Grant Avenue, a residential area typically known for its quiet streets and family-friendly environment. According to the Fresno Police Department, officers responded to several 911 calls reporting gunfire just after 9:00 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered a male victim, believed to be in his late 20s, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
