It’s with extremely heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved father, Trevor Shane Wallden, who departed this world on July 14th, 2025, at the age of 67. Born on January 23rd, 1958, Trevor lived a life marked by profound integrity, unwavering love, and boundless generosity. His passing leaves behind an unfillable void in the lives of his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to cross his path.

Trevor was a man who lived not for recognition or accolades, but to uplift those around him. He had a heart bigger than most, offering kindness without hesitation, and extending help even when no one asked. To know Trevor was to experience unwavering loyalty, quiet wisdom, and a level of compassion that is rare in today’s world. He was the rock of his family—the one everyone turned to in times of uncertainty, knowing his strength and calm would guide them through.

As a father, Trevor was deeply present. He was a teacher, a protector, and above all, a source of unconditional love. He raised his children with strong values, a deep sense of responsibility, and an understanding of the importance of family, humility, and honesty. His love was steady and fierce, and even in silence, his presence spoke volumes. His children often say he was the kind of dad who showed up—whether it was a late-night phone call, a forgotten school project, or a hard life decision, he was there.

As a son and brother, Trevor cherished his roots and honored his family heritage with pride. He often spoke of the lessons he learned from his parents, and he carried those forward with great reverence. With his siblings, he shared bonds forged in laughter, support, and mutual respect. He was the steady hand, the voice of reason, and the person everyone looked up to.

As a grandfather, Trevor found a new kind of joy. His eyes would light up when he was with his grandchildren. Whether it was sharing stories, sneaking them treats, or cheering them on from the sidelines, his love for them was playful, pure, and deep. He treasured those moments, and his grandchildren will forever hold onto the warmth of his embrace and the twinkle in his eye.

Beyond his family, Trevor was a friend to many—the kind of friend who remembered your birthday, showed up when you were in need, and never passed judgment. He built lifelong friendships rooted in loyalty and respect. His sincerity made people feel safe, seen, and valued. Stories of his kindness are countless—from giving someone his last dollar to spending hours helping someone fix their home or lending a listening ear during life’s most difficult moments.

Professionally, Trevor was known for his work ethic, leadership, and humility. He approached every role with dedication and honesty, earning not just the respect of his colleagues but also their admiration. He didn’t measure success by titles or achievements, but by the positive impact he had on others.

Trevor also had a deep appreciation for the simple things in life: a well-told story, a good cup of coffee, a walk in nature, or a night spent under the stars. He loved music, had a soft spot for classic rock, and could often be found singing along with a grin on his face. He was a fixer of things—cars, fences, relationships—and could always be counted on to roll up his sleeves and get things done.

Though we are devastated by this loss, we are equally grateful to have had Trevor Shane Wallden in our lives. The values he instilled, the love he gave, and the life he led will continue to resonate for generations. His legacy is not only written in the stories we tell or the memories we hold but in the way we choose to live—with kindness, with courage, and with love.

A memorial service to honor and celebrate Trevor’s life will be announced soon. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local charity of your choice—something that reflects the giving spirit that defined Trevor’s life.

Rest peacefully, Dad. Your love will forever guide us. Your memory will never fade. And your impact will continue to shape this world for the better, just as you always did.

🕊️ Forever in our hearts.
