Teresa Ann Bragg Coleman, 64, of Millen, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 10, 2025, surrounded by the love and comfort of family at Piedmont Hospice in Augusta. A beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend, Teresa lived a life defined by compassion, hard work, and unwavering dedication to those around her.
Born on March 27, 1961, in Statesboro, Georgia, Teresa was the cherished daughter of the late Robert H. Bragg, Jr. and the late Elene Clifton Bragg. She was raised in a home grounded in faith, integrity, and kindness—values that she carried with her throughout her life.
Teresa graduated from Jenkins County High School in 1979, where she formed many lasting friendships and developed a lifelong passion for helping others. Driven by a desire to serve and support her community, she went on to study at Southeastern Technical College, where she became a Certified Medical Assistant. Her commitment to excellence and care for others led her into the healthcare and administrative fields, where she spent decades building a career based on professionalism and integrity.
At the time of her passing, Teresa was serving as the Human Resources Manager at HotSet Corporation in Swainsboro, Georgia. She was known not only for her leadership and work ethic but also for the warmth and empathy she brought to the workplace. Colleagues often turned to her not just as a supervisor, but as a friend and mentor. She was the heart of her office—a steady hand, a calm voice, and a problem-solver with a servant’s heart.
Teresa’s life was anchored in her faith and church family. She was a devoted member of Oak Hill Baptist Church, where she found strength, purpose, and community. Her faith sustained her through life’s trials and triumphs and was reflected in her gentle spirit, charitable deeds, and unwavering optimism.
Teresa’s greatest joy, however, was her family. She was a loving mother and proud grandmother who treasured every moment spent with her children and grandchildren. Her home was always open, her table always full, and her heart always giving. Holidays, birthdays, and even ordinary days were made special by her laughter, her cooking, and her endless devotion to those she loved.
Her passion was caring for others, whether it was offering a listening ear, preparing a home-cooked meal, or lending a helping hand to a neighbor in need. She found joy in the simple things—gardening, reading, spending time outdoors, and cheering on her favorite football teams. Her humility, grace, and thoughtfulness left an imprint on all who knew her.
Though Teresa’s earthly journey has ended, her legacy lives on in the lives she touched. She will be remembered for her kindness, her strength, her faith, and the deep love she poured into every role she held—daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, coworker, and friend.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert H. Bragg, Jr. and Elene Clifton Bragg.
Teresa leaves behind a loving family, dear friends, and a community enriched by her presence. Funeral arrangements will be announced by [Funeral Home Name] in the coming days.
As we mourn her passing, we also celebrate a life well-lived. May we carry forward the values Teresa so beautifully embodied—love without condition, service without expectation, and faith without fear.
