At the time of his disappearance, he had set up camp near the North Street bridge in Newport, close to his employer. His living situation was intended as a temporary plan to be close to his place of work while he was trying to get back on his feet.
When last seen, he was described as a 30-year-old caucasian male between 5′ 10″ and 6′ tall, 185-225 lbs with brown hair and blue eyes.
This case has been overlooked for three long years now. I became aware today after receiving a message from his mother, so I assume that many others are also unaware of his disappearance. Please help me change that today.
