On Saturday night, August 9, 2025, a motorcycle crash at the intersection of Wilson Dam Road and Avalon Avenue in Muscle Shoals claimed the life of MJ Rebel, a man whose spirit, loyalty, and kindness touched everyone who knew him.
The accident happened just before 11 p.m., drawing a large emergency response from Muscle Shoals Police, Fire & Rescue, and other first responders. Despite their best efforts, MJ was pronounced dead at the scene. Colbert County Coroner Justin Gasque was present, and an investigation is now underway to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash.
