But dig a little deeper and you’ll see a string of red flags. Before Arkansas, he taught in Oklahoma and Texas – in places like Broken Arrow and Flower Mound. In Texas, there were already complaints from concerned parents about how he behaved around young girls. He was even placed on leave and ended up resigning. One parent said he was “grooming” girls – hugging them too much and getting way too close. The district claimed they couldn’t prove anything “inappropriate,” but admitted his classroom management and professionalism were lacking.
Still, somehow he kept getting hired. New state, new school, fresh start… until this week, when he was arrested in the middle of getting a haircut, charged with the brutal stabbing of two parents out hiking with their little girls.
