BREAKING: Yostin Andres Mosquera, 35, Found Guilty of Double Murder
Today at Woolwich Crown Court, Yostin Andres Mosquera was found guilty of the brutal murders of civil partners Albert Alfonso, 62, and Paul Longworth, 71.
💔 The couple was killed in their Shepherd’s Bush home in July 2024. Mosquera carried out the killings with horrifying violence — Paul was bludgeoned with a hammer, and Albert was stabbed 22 times before being decapitated. He filmed parts of the attack and later tried to dispose of their dismembered bodies in suitcases left near the Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol.
🚔 The case shocked investigators and the public alike. Officers described it as one of the most disturbing they’ve ever encountered.
⚖️ Mosquera claimed manslaughter but was convicted unanimously of murder. Sentencing is set for October 24.
🕯️ Our thoughts are with the victims’ loved ones. May Albert and Paul rest in peace.
